Krcmar (eds.), pp. 297\u2013312."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Abstract: <\/strong>Die Adoption von Innovationen in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) mit weniger als 250 Mitarbeitern ist im Vergleich zu Gro\u00dfunternehmen begrenzt. In dieser Studie ist es unser Ziel, Faktoren zu identifizieren, die die Adoption von Innovationen bei KMU behindern. Hierzu f\u00fchren wir eine Fallstudie zur Nutzung von Mobilit\u00e4tsinnovationen in 20 KMU durch. Wir finden sechs entscheidende Faktoren, die KMU bei der Einf\u00fchrung von Innovationen behindern: wahrgenommenes Ungleichgewicht von Risiken und Chancen, Kompatibilit\u00e4t mit dem t\u00e4glichen Arbeitsablauf, fehlende Anpassung an individuelle Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse, Komplexit\u00e4t bei Infrastrukturinvestitionen, IT-Wissen und Kosten f\u00fcr die Einrichtung. Unsere Studie erweitert das Verst\u00e4ndnis der Theorie der Adoption von Innovationen bei KMU.
